If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
Please ensure that you comply with the following conditions before returning the goods:
– Only return the item after receiving the “Return Freight Identification Number” (RFI). You will receive this number after filling out the return form (please click here to fill out the return form).
– The item must not be used, damaged, or soiled.
– All returned items will be carefully inspected, and if the condition of the glasses is different from the original, the return will not be accepted.
– Items must be in the original packaging, including the user manual.
– After the return is accepted, the item must be returned within 10 working days from the date of return acceptance. The shipment should be announced by email, stating the date of shipment, the shipping service used (postal/courier), and, if known, the invoice number.
If all these conditions are met, we will refund the amount of the product, excluding shipping costs and import duties. Shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility. In the case of a request to change the color of the frame, the lenses will be fitted to the new glasses if the same caliber is required.
Otticanet will not refund any items that do not meet all the above conditions. If this is not the case, it is still possible to receive the returned item that Otticanet did not accept, at the customer’s expense, within thirty (30) days from the confirmation of receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it arrived at Otticanet. The request for re-shipping by the customer must be made within this period; otherwise, Otticanet is entitled to dispose of the goods at its discretion. Refunds will be made approximately within 6 working days after receiving the returns.
The amount will be refunded to the credit card/PayPal account or bank account used for the purchase. The original order in terms of delivery will be considered for refund by bank transfer. The time it takes for the amount to be credited to your account depends on the policies and procedures of the operating bank and credit card company.
